Questions about the pass.

Yes. The Hero Pass drops traits onto the hero you already hold, so you need a Zero to Hero Academy character in your wallet to subscribe. Don't have one yet? Grab a hero from the collection or the secondary market first, then come back and subscribe.
Between 10 and 15 brand-new traits per pass, every month. The exact count scales with how many passes you hold: 10 per pass at 1 to 4 passes, 12 per pass at 5 to 9, and 15 per pass at 10 or more.
On the last day of every month. Your new traits arrive in your wallet automatically, no claiming required. Then the next month resets and a fresh batch is on the way.
Absolutely. Once a trait lands in your wallet it's yours to do with as you like: wear it, trade it, gift it to a friend, or burn it toward an upgrade. There are no strings on what you earn.
